It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion.We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer / Talent Sourcer:
1. You are responsible for the first contact and sourcing of senior and management profiles
2. You become an expert on Linkedin Recruiter and build your network
3. You build relationships with your stakeholders (hiring managers + recruiters) and are not afraid to challenge them and/or the job requirements
4. You become a trusted advisor for the hiring managers and recruiters
5. You are actively involved in the business touchpoints with the hiring managers
6. You participate in projects such as: CRM lead management, recruitment marketing and events
7. You gain expertise in your candidate market, remain informed about the latest trendsand are in the driver seat for market and industry intelligence
8. You manage the prescreening calls
9. As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team
Let’s talk about you
10. You have a university degree and minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a sourcer or recruiter
11. You have experience with Linkedin Recruiter
12. You are a dedicated and curious sourcer who loves to dig deeper to find the perfect match
13. You are not afraid to call candidates and do a phone screening
14. You think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English
15. You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
16. You are flexible like to act pro-actively, and have the ability to work in a changing environment
17. Experience in professional services is an asset
