You will join a large-scale, international digital transformation program focused on building and rolling out a modern service platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. The program is already well underway and operates at enterprise scale, supporting hundreds of end users across multiple countries. You will work in a mature delivery environment with established ways of working, close collaboration between internal teams and external partners, and a strong focus on quality, scalability, and long-term value.
Your Role & Responsibilities As a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant / Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving the Customer Engagement solution landscape. You will:
Design and deliver Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business objectives and operational needs
Lead business requirement analysis, translating needs into clear solution designs, prototypes, and user stories
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technically feasible, scalable, and high-quality implementations
Design and build Model-Driven Apps to support internal workflows and data management
Integrate Power Automate to streamline processes and reduce manual work
Design and oversee system integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms, including finance systems
Lead and support data migration initiatives, including planning, execution, and validation
Use Azure Data Factory and related Azure services to ensure reliable data transfer and integrity
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and stable deployments
Manage PBIs, test cases, and UAT activities within an agile delivery setup
Support rollout activities, adoption, and continuous improvement of the platform
Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery
What are we looking for? You have proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in a professional environment.
You have hands‑on experience designing and configuring Model-Driven Apps .
You have strong functional consulting skills and are comfortable leading business requirement analysis and writing clear user stories.
You have experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems such as finance platforms, SQL‑based systems, or other enterprise applications.
You have practical experience with data migration, including planning, execution, and validation.
You have hands‑on experience using Power Automate to implement workflow and process automation.
You have worked in an agile delivery environment, managing PBIs, test cases, and supporting UAT.
You are comfortable collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints without being a full‑time developer yourself.
You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in English at a professional level.
Nice-to-Have Experience with Azure Data Factory beyond basic migration scenarios.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in a Microsoft ecosystem (e.g.; Azure DevOps).
Experience with Canvas Apps or Power Pages / Portals.
Experience working in complex or enterprise-scale Dynamics environments.
Experience working in environments with event‑driven integration patterns, such as Kafka‑based architectures, is a plus.
Experience supporting rollout, adoption, or training activities.
