We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Predictive Models Team within the Marketing and Communication department of a leading organization.
Mission Context The Predictive Models Team provides responsible AI models to enable impactful and efficient campaigns by optimizing reach and relevance for customers and employees.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will tackle various business challenges, build models to support customer journey-driven marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with a team of motivated data scientists eager to share expertise and learn continuously.
Responsibilities Capture business needs, determine feasibility, and design predictive models to identify the most relevant target groups
Build, deploy, and monitor responsible AI models, including using LLMs for text classification and summarization
Create pipelines to clean and structure web analytics data and detect customer intent
Apply best practices for AI model explainability, interpretability, and validation
Translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations for Marketing and Communication teams
Support campaign measurement, testing, and adoption of AI-driven solutions
Profile Education Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
Experience & Technical Skills Mandatory
5+ years of experience in data science and predictive modeling
Expert in Python and Python data science libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Expertise in customer journey modeling (e.g., next best action)
Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, and experiment design
Expertise in LLMs for text classification, summarization, and responsible AI practices
SQL, git, bash
Preferred Incremental learning, uplift modeling
Marketing Mix Modeling and optimization under constraints
Soft Skills Take ownership and drive projects end-to-end
Translate data insights into actionable business decisions
