You will be part of the first‐line/second‐line engineering support team:Technical Support & DiagnosticsAnalyse system behavior using PV production graphs, energy‐flow diagrams, SoC curves, logs, error codesSupport customers with cloud portals, monitoring apps, data logging, and firmwareRegister all actions in SalesforceCreate/update troubleshooting guides and knowledge‐base contentCollaborate with our German engineering teams for complex escalations
We are looking for someone who is both technically solid and comfortable with a high volume of technical information.
Languages~ Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French (spoken & written)
interpret graphs, logs, and system dataA degree in electrotechnics, IT, engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience in technical helpdesk, field engineering, or renewable energy support is a strong plus
Knowledge of Belgian and Dutch grid standardsFamiliarity with Modbus, data loggers, or IoT connectivity
