who owns positioning, messaging, and conversion—someone who moves fast, tests relentlessly, and uses AI to work smarter.
What You’ll Own Positioning & Messaging:
Align how Whale is positioned. Analyze segments and cohorts to understand what resonates with different ICPs. Write positioning for use cases and value props. Keep it consistent everywhere. Product Launch GTM:
Plan and execute the go-to-market for new features and products. Write positioning, create assets, drive awareness, measure results. Website Conversion:
Own landing pages, pricing page, and product pages. Drive Quality Signups:
Analyze which segments convert best. Optimize messaging and flows to attract more of them. Track what’s working and double down. Build Conversion Tools:
Create ROI calculators, comparison pages, interactive demos. Anything that helps prospects understand value Onboarding & Activation:
Improve new user experience and time-to-value

in product marketing, growth marketing, or product-led growth in B2B SaaS Proven track record
improving conversion rates and driving product-led growth metrics Strong analytical skills
— comfortable with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks Exceptional copywriting
for product positioning, landing pages, in-product messaging, and sales materials Technical enough
to work with Product and Engineering on instrumentation and analytics Cross-functional collaboration
— comfortable working across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing Self-starter
