Comunicare Solutions is a spin-off of the University of Liège specialising in digital health, working with both patients and healthcare professionals. Our mission is to develop digital tools that guide patients through their care journey and help healthcare professionals better anticipate risks and personalize the treatments.

Your Mission
As a Business Developer, you are the driving force behind our commercial growth in Belgium and France. You will identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients and partners, and actively contribute to positioning Comunicare Solutions as the go-to reference in digital health.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Actively prospect new clients in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors (calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events).
* Identify and analyse prospect needs in order to propose tailored and compelling service offerings.
* Present and champion our solutions during client meetings in French, English, and Dutch.
* Manage the full sales pipeline: from initial contact through to contract signature, including participation in negotiations.
* Ensure follow-up and retention of existing clients to maximise satisfaction and generate upsell opportunities.
* Work closely with the development and project teams to ensure alignment between the commercial promise, delivery, and operational follow-up.
* Contribute to competitive and sector intelligence to refine our positioning and service offering.
* Attend events, conferences, and professional trade shows to expand the company's network.
* Update and leverage CRM tools to maintain rigorous tracking of commercial activities.
Your Profile
Required Skills & Experience
* Fluency in French and Dutch
* A strong affinity for the digital and/or medical sector
* Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox)
* Autonomous, results-driven, and equipped with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Intellectually curious with the ability to quickly grasp complex environments.
Nice to Have
* A first experience (+/- 2 years) in the digital, HealthTech, or MedTech sector
* Proven experience in client portfolio management and achieving commercial targets.
* Experience abroad (e.g. an internship or an Explort mission)
* Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEA, email marketing, WordPress, LinkedIn)
* Interest in life sciences or medical technologies.
