Your Impact
Lead with Purpose: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that keep the team focused and energized.
Remove Barriers: Identify and eliminate impediments so your squad can deliver at its best.
Coach & Inspire: Support personal growth and foster a culture of feedback and psychological safety.
Drive Agility: Champion agile principles and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure priorities are clear and delivery is smooth.
What You Bring
A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Experience as a servant leader and team coach.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Fluent in English.
Bonus points: Knowledge of Mainframe or Infrastructure environments and organizational development.
