About the Role:
As a Brand Ambassador in our Banking division, you will act as the key point of contact between our company and Dutch speaking customers. Your role will involve providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
* Ensure clear and professional communication in Dutch.
* Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and general banking support.
* Stay up to date with financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional service.
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch (from The Netherlands) to effectively engage with customers.
* Good level of French or English to communicate internally
* High School Diploma
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
* Prior experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
