# Wanted: Transfer Pricing Specialist

Your function
* Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses and valuation reports
* Develop and implement sustainable transfer pricing models and policies for clients
* Participate in Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) discussions and negotiations
* Represent clients during tax audits and defend applied transfer pricing methodologies
* Advise clients on transfer pricing and related international tax issues in a pragmatic, business-oriented way
* Supervise and coach junior and senior team members, ensuring ongoing development and high-quality delivery
* Collaborate with colleagues from other service lines (Legal, VAT, Corporate Tax, Transaction Advisory) on multidisciplinary projects
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Law or Economics, ideally in taxation
* Minimum 4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax consultancy
* Strong analytical skills and affinity for financial and economic modelling
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
* Proven ability to coach and motivate team members
* Client-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and structured approach to problem-solving
* Flexible to work across different office locations and client premises
* Eager to learn, open to feedback and a teamplayer
