Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in IT procurement and IT inventory management.
* Proven expertise in developing and executing annual equipment plans for hardware and software (licences).
* Strong competency in budget management, including annual budget preparation and financial tracking of public procurement contracts.
* Expertise in contract management and vendor relations, including quality monitoring, delivery tracking, and service level evaluations.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Office 365.
* Professional experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or BMC).
* Solid understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding public procurement (markets) and administrative procedures.
* Demonstrated ability in process documentation and procedure updates.
* Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise between accounting, legal, operations, and IT coordinators.
* Experience in requirement gathering and identifying user needs for IT equipment.

Job description:
* Manage the IT hardware inventory and ensure accurate tracking of assets.
* Develop, update, and follow up on the annual equipment plan representing the organisation's hardware and software needs.
* Plan the supply and installation of IT goods in coordination with operational teams.
* Process IT equipment requests, transform them into purchase orders, and monitor deliveries.
* Monitor the legal framework and public markets for the acquisition and maintenance of IT assets.
* Manage the customer catalogue for transversal IT supplies and services, including editing and updates.
* Prepare files for specific acquisition requests not included in the standard catalogue (mini-markets).
* Coordinate with the accounting department, legal unit, and IT coordinators across different departments.
* Provide regular reporting to the unit head regarding budget consumption, KPIs, and supplier performance.
* Support Information Liaison Officers (CIL) through administrative training and ticket management (information requests, installation controls).
* Identify and formalise user needs for the equipment plan and multifunction printer deployments.
* Ensure process improvement and documentation of all procurement and inventory procedures.
