Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a Technical Lead consultant to deliver impactful solutions for our client within a .NET-focused application environment. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will provide high-level technical oversight while remaining hands-on in development. You will guide new project initiatives, maintain existing applications, and collaborate closely with developers, functional experts, business analysts, the client's portfolio architect, and Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) teams. Reporting to the client's project manager, you will drive innovation and integrate technology solutions that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical leadership and guidance: Provide advice and coaching to the development team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
* Final technical accountability for software systems within the application team: Oversee all technical aspects within the application team, ensuring software development and deployment meet organizational standards and objectives.
* Active contribution to development: Dedicate a significant portion of time to hands-on development tasks, including coding, feature development, and bug fixing.
* Preparation of technical deliverables: Produce detailed technical documentation for software releases, including infrastructure requests and go-live documentation.
* Configuration change requests to I&O: Manage configuration change requests to I&O to ensure system stability and performance.
* System design: Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems that respect architectural standards and complement the overall architecture in collaboration with the architecture team.
* Requirements analysis: Collaborate with analysts to refine needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
* Code review and quality assurance: Ensure code quality through thorough reviews and the implementation of rigorous QA processes.
* Performance optimization: Regularly evaluate software performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize it.
* Security considerations: Integrate up-to-date security practices to protect software systems against threats, taking into account architectural choices.
* Technology evaluation and integration: Assess and integrate new technologies that align with business objectives and enhance system capabilities, considering architectural choices.
* Troubleshooting and support: Lead the resolution of complex technical issues by providing expert-level troubleshooting and support.
* Compliance with architectural standards and collaboration: Collaborate with the portfolio architect to align with the strategic architecture while retaining the latitude to make complementary design choices.
All responsibilities above will be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client under a consultancy engagement.

Working Model and Location:
* Consultancy mission executed on-site at the client as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
* On-site presence in Brussels at least two days per week.
* Telework is possible within the borders of Belgium.
