Financial Institutions (Banks, Insurance Companies, Payment Institutions, etc.)
You will support financial institutions in their transformation journey, helping them to adapt to the changing environment across domains such as Operations in Banking & Insurance, Customer & Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation.
As a consultant, you analyze business processes, spot areas for improvement and propose solutions aligned with the client’s strategic goals. Together with subject matter experts, you facilitate workshops to gather functional requirements, conduct impact analysis, and define key assumptions and dependencies, compiling them into a structured summary. After consensus, you take the initiative to push the solution forward by coordinating activities across multiple teams, working closely with the project/program manager. The context of initiatives will depend on client needs and your area of expertise, covering Daily Banking, Lending, Investment, Life or Non‑Life Insurance.
If this is your first experience in Financial Services, there are many opportunities to support the business through change management activities to build your expertise.
Duties
* Supporting operational teams in charge of alert handling and file review.
* Providing support in the preparation and updating of compliance documentation.
* Contributing to the development and finetuning of compliance policies and procedures.
* Supporting improvement of compliance processes and implementing new tools.
* Collaborating with experienced colleagues on AML/CFT, KYC, MiFID II, and GDPR projects.
