This step increases entrepreneurial flexibility and strengthens our role as a global technology leader in wind energy. /p pYou are looking to work with a highly professional and experienced HR team, consisting of an HR Manager, 4 HR Business Partners and 3 Payroll Officers. /p pbWhat you can look forward to as Operations HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with strong focus on Learning Development: /b /p ul liYou act as the first point of contact for a dedicated operations business group and manage all people‑related matters from A to Z, including Talent Performance Management, day‑to‑day employee and labor relations, Compensation Benefits, Learning Development and Workforce Management for a population of 180 employees. /li liMoreover you lead, drive and own Learning Development and Talent Management initiatives, aligned with business needs, including the design, implementation and execution of a structured training plan for the full site. /li liYou coach and support leaders, contributing to the development and strengthening of leadership capabilities across the organization. /li liIn addition you work in close collaboration with your payroll colleagues and build strong, trust‑based relationships with all stakeholders. /li liYou have a tangible impact and truly make a difference in a dynamic environment with significant long‑term investments. /li /ul pbYour profile as Operations HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with strong focus on Learning Development: /b /p ul liFrom your background you hold an academic degree in People Management, Economics or a related field, or an equivalent level through experience. /li liYou are a seasoned HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a strong interest and experience in Talent Management and Learning Development. /li liPlus, you are proficient in managing the full employee lifecycle at an operational, tactical and strategic level. /li liYou have a proven track record in managing complexity and change within an HR environment; you are resilient and able to adapt your communication style to different audiences. /li liWith regard to your working style you are self‑organized and proactive, work in a structured way and are fluent in PowerPoint, Excel and HRIS systems. /li liYou are an engaged and energizing personality with strong bDutch and English /b communication skills and solid stakeholder management capabilities. /li /ul h3Why choose ZF in Lommel: /h3 ul liA competitive salary with extensive benefits package, including a company car and net allowance /li liUp to 20 legal vacation days (upon full entitlement) and 18 ADV days per year /li liHybrid working model, with one day per week working from home /li liDaily soup at work to support a healthy lunch or dinner /li liPossibility of leasing a bicycle /li liA role in an international company with innovative products that have a positive impact on our planet. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
