Hobson Prior is seeking a Global PVG Lead to join a pharmaceutical organization. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and quality of pharmaceutical products through effective data review, reporting, and collaboration with vendors. The position offers a hybrid working model with opportunities for both on-site and remote work.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
* Review and ensure the quality of outsourced data entry.
* Compile metrics and reconcile data.
* Conduct line listing reviews.
* Support vendor training sessions and meetings.
* Participate in monthly product quality complaint reviews.
* Occasionally review literature (minimal involvement expected).
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Familiarity with Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
* Basic understanding of adverse events.
* Self-motivated and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in life sciences or a medical-related field.
* Experience in case processing or pharmacovigilance.
* Skills in technical or medical writing.
* Comfortable navigating resources and finding solutions independently.
Nice to Have:
* Proficiency in French or Dutch.
* Certification in clinical research.
* Experience with safety databases or literature reviews.
Work Arrangement:
* Hybrid model: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.
* Full-time preferred, but open to 4-day weeks for strong candidates.
