Renewi Trainee Processing Region: Charleroi Full-time (40 hours per week) Your Traineeship As a Trainee at Renewi, you will start in September in a two-year program designed to support both your professional and personal development. From day one, you will have a full-fledged role with real responsibilities within your field. These responsibilities come with real expectations, but you will not face them alone. Together with your mentor and colleagues, you will actively shape your development path through assignments at various locations within our organization. Your first assignment will be based in Ghent, while subsequent assignments may take place at other locations. You will be part of a group of trainees who start at the same time, each working in their own discipline. Together, you will form a close-knit group, gaining hands-on experience while benefiting from training, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning sessions. You will learn from each other as well as from experienced professionals at Renewi – all with the shared goal of building a sustainable career and contributing to a circular future.
