You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining operational continuity and driving ongoing improvement across our application portfolio.Job DescriptionApplication Vendor RelationsAct as the main contact for software publishers and service providers (e.g., Sage, ForHRM, Cobea, etc.).Follow up on contracts, SLAs, and incidents to ensure clear and prompt reporting.Organise steering committees and conduct regular progress meetings.Coordinate and oversee functional change requests according to business needs.Participate in functional scoping exercises and contribute to shaping application roadmaps.Backlog Management and Technical CoordinationPrioritise, refine, and plan corrective and evolutionary maintenance requests.Engage actively in agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, etc.).Coordinate work among the development teams (front-end, back-end, data, and DevOps).Liaising with Internal StakeholdersWork closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritise requirements.Collaborate closely with the product team’s Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UX Designers.ProfileBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Civil Engineering.At least five years’ experience in third-party application management (e.g., ERP, HRIS).Proficient in:Agile/Scrum methodologiesSupplier management and contract/SLA follow-upTicketing tools — ideally Jira In addition, you demonstrate:Strong analytical skills when working with complex systemsExcellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholdersAssertiveness and a talent for persuasionAutonomy, rigour, and a strong sense of responsibilityFluency in French (spoken and written), with a good command of EnglishWe OfferA permanent full-time contract based on a 35-hour working week.A main workplace located at the cooperative’s headquarters in Brussels.A carefully crafted onboarding programme to help you settle in:- Ten days dedicated to exploring Smart, our values, and our tools.- Five days of practical immersion shadowing different teams to gain a broad understanding of our operations.A welcoming, cooperative environment within a rapidly expanding organisation.Teleworking arrangements, agreed upon in consultation with your manager.Provision of all required equipment (laptop, smartphone, and phone subscription).A competitive salary package, including an end-of-year bonus, meal vouchers, eco vouchers (€250/year), group insurance, full reimbursement of home-work travel via public transport, and teleworking allowances.
