Business Development Manager

MH, IN

Job Description

Job Location: Pune

No of years of experience: 8-15 years

Personality trait:

1. Passion for hi-technology AV products
2. Excellent verbal & written communication skill (English)
3. Comfortable on Public Speaking
4. Passionate about sales & driving numbers
5. Confident on Product Demonstration & Solution Articulation
6. Aggressive, Assertive & Persuasive
7. Ability to work calmly & deliver results under high pressure situation
8. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
9. Candidates with experience in AV / ProAV domain is preferred
10. Capability of closing deals with CXO’s

Qualification:

11. BE/B.Tech + MBA Marketing / Equivalent (preferred) or, Graduate + MBA Marketing / Equivalent

Responsibilities:

Customer Centric

12. Key Account Mapping & Management
13. Extensive Product Demonstration and Solution Articulation to Customers
14. Live Demonstration at customer location & convincing decision makers with the help of well-articulated & impressive presentation
15. Influencing buyers‘ purchase decision with Consultative Sales approach & Product Evangelism
16. Maintaining contact & relationship with all key clients to ensure repeat business and cross/up selling

Channel Centric

17. Identifying, appointing, developing, training & starting business with new focused AV/SI partners or dealers
18. Conceptualize, initiate & execute "channel focused" marketing program to ensure partner loyalty
19. Detailed Partner mapping & ensure mindshare & wallet share
20. Driving Distributor to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly Order & Sales target consistently

21. Preparing/facilitating techno-commercial proposal & presentations
22. Enabling Product Team sharing market information, help share regular inputs to create innovative & effective Marketing Collaterals, eDM etc
23. Assigned Territory specific Data Base marketing
24. Driving Forecast Accuracy
25. Professional Funnel Management Skills
26. Value Selling Capability
