Autodesk Vault & Autodesk Construction Cloud Implementation ExpertService description1) Core competency:a) Good knowledge and expertise of the Vault system, including the ability to implement interfaces, workflows, meta data structures and roles & responsibilities2) Remarka) All tasks will be carried out in the context of the Smart Substation Design Tool project. The Vault and ACC expert will be working within a team of business analysts, application experts, data analysts and other specialisations (e.g. interface developer).3) Vault assignments to be performed:a) Advise Elia projects & IT Architecture about best-practice information structures for the Elia purposesb) Implement, configure and deploy the Vault installation c) Configure and activate the workflowsd) Support the onboarding of Elia user population onto the Vault systeme) Administrating (admin role) the Vault systemf) Enforce adherence to standards and rules within the Vault contextg) Integrate Vault with other Elia systems & ACC (identify interfaces) h) Set up the governance rules and processes for managing the system (incl. backups and including the ACC level)i) Document system, workflows, data structures and governance on Elia Legonet or similar document system4) ACC services to be performed:a) Integrate Elia users and external suppliers in a single work environmentb) Configure ACC and ACC modules (functionality, workflows, user, checklists & rules tailored to project and organisational needs)c) Integrate ACC instance(s) with Elia Vault(s)d) ACC extra services (Ability is a plus point, not mandatory)• Based on API, provide on-need integration with other internal and external applicationsService Requirements:1) Vault:a) Experienced admin-level Vault expert (deployment, configuration, administration)b) Admin-level SQL knowledgec) Plus point: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)2) Autodesk Construction Cloud:a) Admin-level ACC technical abilities for workflows, roles, task and access managementb) Solid technical knowledge on configuration of workflows, roles and rights• Presenceo 2 days per week in the office• Languageso English: Mandatoryo Dutch / French: Either Dutch or French is mandatory Dutch and French together a plus
