Job Description
* Manage and further develop an existing B2B customer portfolio
* Proactively identify and contact new prospects within the DACH region
* Maintain daily client contact via phone and email
* Understand customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities
* Follow up on sales targets and report on performance
* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as purchasing and logistics
* Participate in international trade fairs and commercial events
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or business
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or inside sales role
* Fluent German is essential
* Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
* Strong commercial drive and a true "sales mindset"
* Confident communicator with negotiation skills
* Result‑oriented, resilient and able to work autonomously
* Experience in the food or FMCG sector is considered an asset
