About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting active prospecting, and managing your sales pipeline.
Your main focus will be on lead generation, converting leads into concrete opportunities, and successfully closing deals. You will research the market, create targeted lists of potential clients, and reach out to them via various channels to present our value proposition.
Your Essential Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities and create targeted lists of potential clients.
* Conduct active prospecting through phone, email, in-person visits, and trade fairs.
* Assess the specific needs of prospects and translate them into tailored solutions.
* Manage your sales pipeline within our CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and ensure quality service delivery.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or software services sector.
* A genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to deepen your knowledge of our services and solutions.
* The ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Excellent communication skills, including fluency in Dutch and English.
* Flexibility to travel and work from different locations.
* A bachelor's or master's degree, but more importantly, initial professional experience in business development and CRM systems.
