Project Manager Construction
Your Mission

As a construction project manager at Puratos you will get the opportunity to integrate innovation by leveraging new technologies and processes in a sustainable way. Your Role
As the responsible project manager for our five sites in Belgium, you'll ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of new projects and oversee the maintenance all the buildings on the different sites. Your responsibilities will include:
1. You lead the timely and cost-effective delivery of new projects, aligning with real estate standards defined by Bemchimmo (sister company of Puratos).
2. You supervise the construction and renovation of buildings, ensuring quality and compliance.
3. You provide expert advice and oversee new construction or renovation projects for Bemchimmo assets.
4. You champion the maintenance of assets, focusing on sustainability for long-term value.
5. You oversee premises usage, managing safeguards like security, insurances and fire protection measures.
6. You ensure that Puratos operates and maintains premises in an effective and sustainable way.
Who are we looking for?
7. You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Construction with minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
8. You are an excellent project manager and your expertise lies in managing the building and maintaining of industrial/commercial premises while ensuring cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
9. You possess a keen sensitivity towards the environmental aspects and sustainable development in construction.
10. You are a reliable individual with a drive for achievement and problem-solving.
11. You are a team player with excellent organizing and planning skills.
12. Your IT skills (eg. MS Office) further enhance your ability to streamline construction processes.
13. You are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
