Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Coordinate training and development initiatives

Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly applied and followed

Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and contracts

Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Jouw profiel

Prior experience in a generalist HR role or relevant HR internship

Fluent in French and Dutch (English is an asset)

Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Well-organized, discreet, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working with HR software and MS Office
