WESTPOLE Belgium is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our International Organisations team. You will provide both basic and advanced support to high‐profile clients in a mission‐critical environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‐solving, knowledge sharing, and brings strong attention to detail and root‐cause analysis.
Your ResponsibilitiesApplication & User SupportDeliver L2 application support (English)Manage user requests via ticketing platformsPrioritize and categorize incidents according to project scopeTroubleshoot issues and escalate when neededDocument solutions and maintain knowledge assetsInfrastructure MonitoringMonitor infrastructure components & perform event managementInterpret log files to support troubleshooting & root‐cause analysisOperational ExcellenceCreate, maintain, and execute Service Operation Procedures (SOPs)Contribute to team knowledge‐sharing: SOPs, documentation, FAQs, best practicesParticipate in rotations (public holidays, late shifts, occasional weekends)Attend customer meetings when required
