We’re looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). This is not an academic or purely research role, you’ll be building and deploying production-grade AI solutions that have a real impact.

* Design & develop NLP and LLM-powered applications using modern frameworks
* Build & fine-tune traditional ML models (classification, regression, clustering)

* Deploy models to production environments (AWS, containerized architectures)
* Apply best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observability
* Collaborate with product & engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
📌 What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
* Strong NLP & LLM skills — both theory and hands-on implementation
* Production-grade Python development skills (clean, testable code)
* Experience with FastAPI (or similar) for model deployment
* Familiarity with modern LLM stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, HuggingFace)
* Solid understanding of ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.)
* Cloud knowledge (AWS ECS/Lambda/S3 or similar)
* Bonus: MLOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
