What you can expect on a typical day:
As a Software Engineer at we are, you’ll be involved in projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
* Full ownershipof projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet the client’s goals and are completed on time.
* Evaluating technical solutions, analyzing risks and trade-offs, and helping clients make informed decisions.
* Communicating effectively—both internally with the team and externally with clients—to keep everyone aligned (and occasionally demystifying tech lingo in a friendly way).
* Implementing high-quality solutionsusing agile methodologies, with just the right mix of coding and creativity.
* Ensuring long-term successby maintaining and optimizing delivered software to keep it running at peak performance.
* Contributing as a technical expert/technical leaderwhen needed by guiding architectural choices, setting technical standards, and supporting colleagues in solving complex challenges.

What we’re looking for

* At least 3 years of experienceas a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
* Hands‑on experience withweb and/or mobile development, including APIs, backends, frontends, OAuth, and JWT.
* Solid understanding ofrelational and NoSQL databases.
* A passion for writingclean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
* The ability to work withmultiple programming languages.
* Awareness ofprivacy‑and security‑by design.
* Familiarity withCI/CD and DevOpsprinciples, ideally combined withexperience in cloud environments.
* Ability toadapt quicklyand learn new technologies when needed.
* Comfort working withexternal APIsand spitting through documentation.
* You have anatural curiosity for all things tech‑you eat, sleep and breathe code, and you’re always exploring new tools, languages or techniques just for the thrill of it.
* Strong analytical skills—you canbreak down complex problemsand explain solutions to technical and non‑technical people.
* Apragmatic mindset—you focus on what works best, not on unnecessary complexity. We don’t like to shoot mosquito’s using bazooka’s.
