* As an AI, Data & Insights Consulting Lead, you will spearhead our client‑facing data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.
* You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to help clients unlock measurable value through data‑driven decision‑making and intelligent automation.
* You will define and evolve our AI and data consulting strategy, shape our offering, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
* You will lead discovery, assessment, and roadmap engagements to identify opportunities for AI‑powered value creation.
* You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of analytics and AI solutions – from predictive models to optimization tools, data platforms, dashboards, and GenAI applications – ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
* You will communicate complex concepts in a clear, business‑oriented way, including at executive level.
* You will support business development by partnering with commercial teams on proposals and pre‑sales conversations, cultivating strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities within existing or new accounts.
* You will champion responsible AI by embedding governance, transparency, and risk management in all solutions and ensuring data privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
About You
* You have 8+ years of experience in data & analytics consulting, AI solution delivery, or similar leadership roles.
* You bring strong knowledge of data strategy, data architecture, predictive analytics, machine learning, and/or GenAI.
* You have a proven track record of leading client engagements and managing cross‑functional teams.
* You translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations and communicate them clearly.
* You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and the modern data stack is a strong plus.
* You are familiar with MLOps or LLMOps.
* Industry experience in supply chain, manufacturing, life sciences, consumer goods, or similar domains.

* You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
* You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
