1. Define requirements & oversee setup of temporary hangars; ensure safety & regulatory compliance (BCAA, EASA, BAC)
2. Support procurement & contract negotiations
3. Lead future hangar project: scope, feasibility, permits, design input, construction monitoring
4. Align with safety, quality & budget standards
5. Develop external partnerships for Line Maintenance; manage tenders & supplier selection
6. Coordinate CAMO & Network/OCC for operational launch
7. Ensure technical & cost control; validate assumptions, analyze costs, monitor budget
8. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders; ensure smooth operations & clear communication
9. Contribute to project management & continuous improvement across M&E initiatives

10. Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience in aviation/MRO
11. Proven experience managing aviation infrastructure projects and/or outsourcing initiatives
12. Strong knowledge of P145 maintenance requirements and EASA/BCAA regulations
13. Excellent project planning, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
14. Financial acumen: cost analysis, budgeting, and contract negotiation
15. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch and/or French is a plus
16. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AMOS knowledge is a plus
17. Experience working with airport authorities and regulatory bodies
18. Familiarity with CAMO oversight and line maintenance operations
19. Background in managing temporary facilities or large-scale construction projects
