Our Reward & Analytics Team ensures Personnel Administration, Payroll, Legal advice on reward and benefits, and Quality & Reward Analytics. Your responsibilities:
1. Processing the monthly payroll from A to Z for one or more business units and ensure compliance with social and fiscal regulations and correct and timely calculation and payment of wages;
2. Understand the unique factors involved in processing the payroll for a business units as your internal client(s) and advice proactively the Talent Team of the different business units;
3. Support the daily payroll related operations in close partnership with the Talent Teams in the business units and Talent Acquisition with accuracy and efficiency;
4. Advise from your expertise on payroll and social law related services in personal files and create a positive employee experience;
5. Collaborate with external partners (3rd party payroll provider, insurances, …);
6. Continuously keep current with the most recent developments and payroll legislation;
7. Play an active role in continuously improving our way of working and strive for operational excellence.
8. You will be a key member of the payroll team and reporting to the Payroll Manager, working in close collaboration with the Talent Teams in the business units.
Let's talk about you
9. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a payroll function
10. You have a bachelor or a master degree
11. You have good knowledge in Belgian social and labor legislation;
12. You love accuracy and have a natural tendency to be analytical;
13. You are discrete and integrity is in your roots;
14. You enjoy working independently and team-based work;
15. You like providing top service to internal clients;
16. You have a proficient knowledge of Dutch or French and English;
17. SAP expertise and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel are an asset.
