About the Company
Our client is an international consultancy specializing in Supply Chain Transformation, combining deep consulting expertise with advanced technology solutions. With operations across Europe, North America, and APAC, the company helps global organizations improve their end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities and achieve sustainable business results.
To support continued growth, we are looking for an experienced OMP Solution Consultant who will play a key role in international supply chain transformation projects and OMP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
As an OMP Solution Consultant, you will work closely with international clients to design, configure, and implement advanced supply chain planning solutions.
Configuring and deploying OMP planning solutions across client environments.
Supporting implementations of Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, and Operational Planning modules.
Translating business requirements into functional and technical system specifications.
Collaborating with business stakeholders, supply chain experts, and functional consultants.
Designing and configuring OMP functionalities, including pyramids, dashboards, alerts, and conflict management.
Supporting solution architecture and implementation activities.
Conducting unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Delivering user training and supporting organizational change adoption.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Supporting international project teams and client engagements.
Required Qualifications
Education
Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Transformation, APS implementations, or related consulting environments.
Minimum 6 months of hands‑on OMP configuration experience (mandatory requirement).
Proven experience participating in supply chain planning transformation projects.
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of one or more of the following areas is expected:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Forecasting
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Operational Planning
Supply Chain Analytics
Advanced Planning Systems (APS)
Languages
Fluent English is required.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum 6 months of hands‑on OMP configuration experience.
Master's Degree completed.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Valid driver's license.
Important
This is a highly specialized role.
Candidates with general Supply Chain Consulting experience but without practical OMP configuration experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
The following would be considered an advantage:
OMP Certification.
Experience with large-scale international implementations.
Experience in consulting environments.
Knowledge of additional planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, or Anaplan.
Additional European languages.
