SAP HR Payroll Lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather customer requirements and design payroll solutions & integrations.
• Set up integration for the payroll input (time and master data) which can be provided by other systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, …)
• Work together as a team to improve payroll processes of customer organizations and advising them on running payroll administration systems and monitoring them for compliance with relevant laws and regulations
About This Role:
This position is responsible for managing SAP HR payroll configuration, integrations, and core HR processes across multiple industries. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Belgian payroll, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Key skills required include hands-on experience in configuration of SAP HR Payroll Schema's and Cycles, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in Dutch/French and professional working proficiency in English are also essential.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a sharp eye for detail, able to drive payroll expertise within Capgemini and collaborate with our specialists in leading HRIS solutions.
