Skills & Qualifications
1. You have a master level degree;
2. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in reward;
3. You are passionate to help clients with reward and mobility challenges;
4. You have the ability to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear;
5. You have strong organizational skills to manage large and complex projects and the ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels;
6. You have a client centric, innovative and proactive mindset;
7. You have a desire to build relationships internally and with clients.
8. You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
