This position is fully remote. We're specifically hiring from LATAM and you must be available to work EST business hours for real-time collaboration.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

You'll own the top of our sales pipeline - turning LinkedIn conversations and inbound leads into booked calls on Braden's calendar. This isn't about spray-and-pray outreach or copy-paste scripts. You'll build real conversations with B2B founders and marketers, qualify them fast, and hand off warm, ready-to-buy prospects. Every call you book is a shot at a high paying client for GP Socials.

The Role: B2B Appointment Setter
Core Responsibilities:

1. LinkedIn Outbound & Conversation Management

* Run daily LinkedIn outreach to qualified B2B founders, marketers, and decision-makers
* Use AI to personalize opening messages based on the prospect's content, company, and role (no generic blasts)
* Manage 50-100+ active LinkedIn conversations at a time without dropping threads
* Handle objections in DMs and move qualified prospects toward a booked call
* Track every conversation in our CRM with clear status, notes, and next steps

2. Inbound Lead Follow-Up

* Respond to inbound leads from our content, referrals, and marketing FAST
* Qualify leads against our ICP (B2B businesses doing $1M-$10M in revenue)
* Book discovery calls directly onto Braden's calendar
* Send pre-call confirmations and reduce no-show rates with reminder sequences

3. Pipeline Hygiene & Reporting

* Keep the CRM clean: accurate stages, follow-up tasks, and conversation history
* Report daily on outreach sent, replies, booked calls, and show rates
* Flag patterns in objections and reply data so we can sharpen our messaging
* Follow written SOPs for outreach cadences, qualification, and handoff
Who You Are: Non-Negotiables & Must-Haves Deal-Makers (You Need ALL of These):
* ✅ B2B Agency or SaaS Setting Experience: I do not care about years worked. All I care about is if you have booked calls with B2B businesses
* ✅ Writes Like a Human: You can write DMs that sound like a real person, not a bot. You understand tone, pacing, and how to earn a reply in 2-3 sentences.
* ✅ Fluent Written English: Your written English is clean enough that founders in the US won't clock you as a non-native speaker over DM. (Spoken English is a plus, but writing is the non-negotiable.)
* ✅ CRM Discipline: You don't forget follow-ups, you don't lose threads, and you can be trusted to keep the pipeline clean without reminders. I should be able to look in the CRM and understand everything
* ✅ Availability: Available to work EST business hours (9am-5pm EST) Monday-Friday for real-time collaboration and inbound response.
Deal-Breakers (Any of These = Not a Fit):
* ❌ No proven B2B setting experience
* ❌ Rely on copy-paste templates and mass-blast tactics
* ❌ Written English that reads as broken, stiff, or obviously AI-generated
* ❌ Can't show specific numbers (calls booked, show rate, deals closed-won) from a previous setting role
* ❌ Unwilling to work EST hours or live inside a CRM all day
* ❌ Looking for a passive role
You're Perfect If You:
* Get fired up about finding the exact line that makes a cold prospect say "yeah, let's talk"
* Think in reply rates, show rates, and close rates - not just messages sent
* Treat DMs like a craft, not a grind
* Have run setting for a B2B agency or SaaS before and can talk about what worked and what flopped
The Package: What's In It for You

Compensation:

* Base: $1,500 USD/month
* Performance Bonus: $50 USD per booked call that shows up to the discovery call
* Our Target: 20+ booked calls per month (realistic earnings $2,500+/month, uncapped)
* The more calls you book, the more we make and the more you make. No ceiling.
