Policy Administrator
Job Description
This role involves efficiently issuing insurance policies to clients and brokers in Europe, as well as providing ongoing administrative support to local underwriting teams.
The responsibilities include creating new and renewal policies within the technical policy system, reviewing and initiating policy endorsements and certificates, and analyzing technical data to calculate transactions such as limits, premiums, and deductions.
In terms of operational excellence, this role requires responding to broker and client requests in a professional and timely manner, maintaining accurate records of policy documentation and correspondence on the e-filing platform, and attending meetings with brokers as necessary. Additionally, it involves communicating policy details to clients and brokers both verbally and in writing.
You will be working independently and collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals. This includes sharing concerns and ideas for improving internal processes and taking on additional duties and responsibilities as required by the nature of the role.
What You Will Do:

About You:
* Professional experience as a policy technician/administrator or similar.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand policy coverage and limits.
* Able to communicate policy details to clients and brokers both verbally and in writing.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
* Languages: French, Dutch, English (spoken and written).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* PREFERRED languages: Good level of Spanish.
