We are looking for an experienced Technical Designer / Tech Lead to join an IT Employee Benefits team as part of a large-scale application modernization program.
🔍 Your Mission
You will play a key role in redesigning and rebuilding legacy applications into a modern technology stack. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help capture existing capabilities and translate them into scalable, high-quality solutions.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Coach and support an offshore design & development team
* Co-create and review technical design deliverables
* Perform code reviews to ensure high quality from both technical and design perspectives
* Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects on system design
* Design and develop specific system features
* Support system testing and user acceptance testing
* Promote best practices such as clean architecture, DDD, and design patterns
💻 Technical Skills (Mandatory)
* Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (.NET Core)
* Design and implementation of RESTful APIs (resource-based approach)
* Hands-on experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
* Application design using Clean Architecture
* Knowledge of event-driven architecture
* UML modeling and relational database design

* Microsoft Azure Service Bus
* Kubernetes
* Experience in Insurance, Employee Benefits, Healthcare, or Financial services
