About The Role
Your Role
You welcome guests, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, answer questions, and handle reservations and payments. You serve as the main point of contact for both guests and colleagues, working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations. You maintain a clean and welcoming lobby where guests immediately feel at home.
What We Expect from You
You have a passion for hospitality and service. You are flexible, customer-focused, and able to perform well under pressure. A bachelor’s degree in hotel management (or equivalent) and a good command of Dutch and at least one other language are preferred. Digital skills and attention to detail are essential.
