Your Mission

• Architect Digital Ecosystems: Define and implement advanced SCADA, MES, and Process Historian systems across our plants.
• Bridge IT & OT: Act as the strategic link between corporate IT and local operations, ensuring a seamless and secure digital architecture.
• Drive Innovation: Collaborate on high-impact projects involving IoT, AI, Computer Vision, and Robotics.
• Strategic Management: Oversee CAPEX, manage global vendors, and present results directly to executive leadership.
• Secure the Edge: Implement robust cybersecurity and governance policies for industrial infrastructure (PLCs, Edge devices, and Servers).

What You Bring

• Solid Education: Master's degree in Automation Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in industrial automation (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA) and a strong track record in MES implementation.
• Integration Skills: Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence and infrastructure management.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex budgets and strategic planning.
• Collaborative Spirit: A true team player who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
