The Senior Software Developer is responsible for the technical management and extension of a core enterprise application, while contributing to a long-term project focused on complex reference and master data management.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, configure, and optimize an enterprise software package used across critical processes.
* Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Design, implement, and maintain integrations and APIs with external systems.
* Develop and maintain backend services using a Web API service layer.
* Contribute to database modeling, use case definition, and scalable architecture design.
* Collaborate closely with domain experts to translate complex calculations and data logic into software solutions.
* Document technical designs, integration flows, and best practices.
What are we looking for?
* You possess 10+ years of general experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
* You bring expert-level knowledge of .
NET Core, C#, Web API, and Blazor.
* You have significant experience in interface development and complex system integration.
* You're experienced in the technical management and functional optimization of enterprise software packages.
* You possess a strong affinity for scientific applications, data processing, and complex datamodeling.
* You bring an analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* You're fluent in
Dutch (C1/C2)
and have a professional working proficiency in English (B1/B2 minimum).
Nice to Haves
* In-depth understanding of radiological characterization methods and data structures.
* Knowledge of clearance and radiological waste management processes.
* Experience with scripting for custom software authorizations and workflows.
