As an Office Manager/HR, your responsibilities will be :
* Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support HR activities, including recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
* Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
* Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and policies.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
A successful Office Manager/HR should have:
* Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dutch is a plus!
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in office management or HR-related roles within the Business Services industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
