Role Overview
An international technology and services organization is seeking an experienced Banking Delivery / Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple banking accounts. This position will serve as the onsite leader, overseeing project execution, stakeholder engagement, and multi-team coordination across different customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Project & Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations are met.
* Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional delivery teams, supporting productivity, motivation, and alignment—often within Agile/Scrum environments.
* Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior management. Provide clear communication and regular status updates.
* Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving cross-team issues to ensure smooth delivery.
* Process Improvement: Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices to drive operational efficiency and quality.
* Financial Oversight: Manage and track project budgets, estimates, and financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in banking delivery, program management, or large-scale project leadership.
* Strong capabilities in planning, time management, risk management, and scope control.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Understanding of financial services, technology transformation, and business operations.
* Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
