As a Freelance HRBP your responsibilities are:
* Provide daily support to the Head of HR on administrative and coordination tasks.
* Manage HR administration: contracts, amendments, employee files, HR reports, and database updates.
* Contribute to the performance review and compensation processes, including data consolidation and reporting.
* Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate follow-up, interview scheduling, and coordination of recruitment strategies.
* Assist in onboarding and integration of new employees.
* Collaborate on HR reporting and data analysis to support performance and decision-making.
* Participate in local HR projects (process improvement, HRIS (updates, talent initiatives).
A successful Freelance HRBP :
* Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of Belgian HR principles, social legislation, and employment law.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a professional or corporate environment.
* Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams) and experience with HRIS tools.
* Available immediately or on short notice.
