Mission

Lead Aqua Capital’s Talent Acquisition strategy by identifying, engaging, and hiring top‑tier candidates who align with the firm’s high‑performance culture, ethical standards, and strategic growth objectives.


Key Success Drivers

* Talent Alignment: Ensure candidates technically fit and also culturally aligned with Aqua’s high standards in ethics, performance orientation, and customer focus.
* Execution Excellence: Manage recruitment processes with high agility, speed, and precision, maintaining excellent stakeholder engagement throughout.
* Innovation in Recruitment: Continuously improve sourcing strategies by leveraging innovative methods and market intelligence to attract diverse and top‑performing candidates.


Responsibilities and assignments

* Hiring Delivery: Meet the assigned recruitment goals within deadlines, ensuring technical and cultural fit. Guarantee a reasonable candidate drop‑offs post‑acceptance and also time‑to‑fill.
* Quality and Impact: Achieve a positive evaluation from managers, considering performance and cultural fit. Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and local labor regulations.
* Stakeholder and Candidate Experience: Engage hiring managers in recruitment process, foster for high standard evaluation. Ensure a positive experience for the candidates.
* Continuous Improvement and Reporting: Implement recruitment process improvements with demonstrable results and maintain updated recruiting KPI dashboards and provide monthly reporting to leadership.
* D&I and Branding: Guarantee a candidate pipeline consists of diverse profiles aligned with Aqua’s policies. Promote Aqua's employer brand during the recruitment process in order to attract top‑tier professionals.


Requirements and qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment or executive search.
* Proven track record of hiring in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
* Strong experience with competency‑based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
* Prior experience recruiting for private equity or financial services firms.
* Familiarity with culture‑fit assessments and stakeholder consulting.
* Exposure to diversity recruitment initiatives.
