Overview
Masentó Group are supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale S/4HANA transformation and are looking to build a strong Organisational Change Management (OCM) team.
This role sits within the global change office, focused on establishing the foundations of change, supporting a global deployment strategy across multiple regions.
This is a hands-on, strategic role, requiring experienced consultants who can operate independently and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Execution
* Co-develop and execute the global OCM strategy alongside the Change Lead
* Build the foundations of the change function (processes, frameworks, materials)
* Support rollout planning for a global, multi-country transformation
Communications
* Develop clear, structured communication strategies and plans
* Translate complex technical information into business-friendly messaging
* Create high-quality presentations, content, and stakeholder communications
Training
* Design and structure global training strategies and curricula
* Consolidate and standardise existing training materials
* Define training frameworks and rollout approach across regions
* Enable local teams to deliver training (not acting as a trainer directly)
Key Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience in OCM within large-scale transformations
* Strong background in communications OR training within a change office
* Experience working on S/4HANA or complex ERP transformations
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction
* Strong stakeholder management from a people/change perspective (not PMO/IT only)
* Fluent in English and Dutch
Highly Desirable
* Experience in global, multi-country rollouts
* Background in structured change environments (Change Office)
* Experience translating technical concepts into business communication
