The Role As Head of Divisional Controlling, you are responsible for steering financial performance across the Frozen Division. You act as a strategic business partner to the divisional leadership team, translating strategy into financial outcomes and driving value creation, profitability, and capital discipline. You ensure transparency in performance and provide clear, actionable insights that support decision-making at the highest level. Key Responsibilities Performance & Business Partnering Act as financial co-pilot to the Divisional Management Team Drive insight-based decision-making on profitability, ROIC, and working capital Challenge and support commercial, operational, and strategic decisions Planning & Forecasting Lead the Long Range Plan, annual budget, and forecasts Ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and financial assumptions Deliver scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions Financial Analysis & Reporting Own divisional management reporting with a focus on actionable insights Analyse performance by product, customer, channel, and site Support CAPEX evaluations, footprint decisions, and efficiency programs Simplify reporting processes with a focus on clarity and impact Governance & Controls Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance with Group finance standards Act as key interface between Group Finance and the Frozen Division Safeguard financial governance and internal controls Team Leadership Lead and develop the Divisional Controlling team Strengthen business partnering capabilities across country finance teams Coach and develop finance talent within the division Transformation & Tools Support finance transformation and system evolution Drive standardisation and automation of planning and reporting Your Profile Education & Experience Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling or finance within an international environment Proven experience in divisional or multi-country performance steering Experience in FMCG, food, or industrial environments is a strong asset Skills & Competencies Fluent in Dutch, English, and French Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable operating in a matrix organisation High level of integrity, ownership, and independence Experience with SAP, IBM Planning & Analytics, or QlikView is a plus What We Offer A key role with direct impact on business performance An international environment with strong local anchoring A company combining entrepreneurial spirit with long-term vision Competitive salary package Company car Meal vouchers (€9/day) Comprehensive benefits package Why join Greenyard Frozen This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations.
