As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You will have the unique opportunity to impact both end customers and Odoo partners.
Our partners are resellers, systems/ERP integrators, and IT companies from North Africa adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the main contact, you will coach them on business strategy, implementation, and product know-how to grow their Odoo business.
You will also interact with a diverse range of customers across regions, qualifying and demonstrating to end clients, and matching them with suitable partners.
Must Have
* Business Master Degree
* Fluent in French and English, Arabic is a strong asset
* 1 to 4 years of technology sales experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive and autonomous
* Passionate about sales, convincing, negotiating, and achieving targets
* Initiative-driven, team-oriented, and autonomous
* Work permit for Belgium
Responsibilities
* Enable and train Odoo Partners on effective sales and implementation methods
* Act as a business coach, creating processes to increase operational efficiency
* Build long-term relationships with partners in North Africa
* Qualify end clients, deliver tailored demos, and connect them with the right partner
* Negotiate licenses and pricing, promoting value propositions
* Work with companies of various industries and sizes
* Empower and challenge partners, coaching inexperienced ones into streamlined sales teams
* Take on significant responsibilities from day one
* Build your partner portfolio from scratch and be accountable for your success
