As a Sales Support Representative for the Spanish Market, you will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash process. This includes order processing and follow-up, shipping, invoicing, and after-sales support.
* You will configure the most optimal container/truck load to ensure efficient logistics.
* Provide support to Account Managers in your region by proposing equivalent products, giving discounts on gross prices, and preparing price lists.
* Act as a central point of contact for distributors in your region, coordinating with various internal departments, including traffic, production, sales, and marketing.
* Work closely with production to avoid peaks and lows in production and supply chain management.
* Daily customer contact involves implementing and translating commercial strategy, upselling, cross-selling, pushing marketing & promo actions, collecting and mapping customer information in the CRM.
You will report to the Sales Support Coordinator of your region.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Customer Service positions (order to cash). You should speak fluent Spanish and English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or Italian being a plus. A diplomatic and assertive communication style is essential, as well as problem-solving skills and accuracy under stress.
