Position: Account Manager, fluent in English & Polish.


Based in Belgium, 2 days/week remote

Your Role
:

As an
Account Manager
, you'll be the long-term commercial point of contact for your customers. You'll:

* Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Europe
* Build strong, lasting relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs
* Analyze customer projects and advise on the right Odoo apps
* Upsell and renew contracts: from monthly to multi-year deals
* Demo new features and modules to end-users
* Be a key link between customers and internal teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, etc.)

Your goal:
increase customer satisfaction and retention
while growing your portfolio value.

Must-Have Skills
:

* Business degree
* Fluent in
English & Polish
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Problem-solving mindset & conflict management skills
* Well-organized (you'll manage ~150 clients)
* 0–3 years' experience in Sales or IT
* Belgian work permit

Nice to Have
:

* Fluent in French
* Experience in customer relationship or IT project management
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
* Growth-oriented mindset
* "Work hard, play hard" attitude
