The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Sharepoint Developer, to support our NATO Allied Special Operations Forces Command (SOFCOM) customer in Mons, Belgium. This position is contingent upon award of a pending contract.This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designs and creates SharePoint sites using web UI developing tools or SharePoint Designer
2. Possesses and applies practical knowledge regarding SharePoint architecture, functionality, workflow development, and development tools
3. Develops user controls, dashboards, master pages, and advanced workflows using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and custom ASP.NET web forms
4. Troubleshoots software problems and debugging code
5. Monitors and maintains SharePoint application portfolio(s) and necessary web-based applications on SIPR/NIPR networks
6. Performs SharePoint administration to configure settings that affect the system
7. Performs stress testing on the web storage system, dashboard site, SharePoint servers, and web parts to ensure optimal system performance
8. Advises the Content Librarian, Content Manager, and Content Coordinator on proper document profiling and customization of MP SharePoint instances
9. Integrates and configures .NET applications and SharePoint technologies with Structured Query Language (SQL) Server database
10. Maintains and administers SharePoint, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
11. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
12. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
13. Experience 4-7 years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered.
14. Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to retain.
15. Demonstrates proficiency in SharePoint development and administration, with particular emphasis on creating and managing complex SharePoint sites and applications.
16. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint architecture, .NET applications, and SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and functionality across multiple networks.
17. Exhibits expertise in developing advanced workflows, user controls, and dashboards using SharePoint Designer and customizable web forms.
18. Displays strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for maintaining and optimizing SharePoint environments.
19. Shows ability to collaborate effectively with content management teams and advise on best practices for document profiling and customization.
20. Brings background in stress testing, performance analysis, and developing innovative solutions for complex SharePoint-related challenges.
21. Displays mastery of advanced data science and machine learning techniques, preferably on military and defense applications.
22. Certification - CND
23. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in SharePoint or Microsoft Pervue Cert
24. Experience in supporting the NATO Allies Special Forces Command (SOFCOM) Mission Partner (MP).
25. Experience managing complex IT and communication system projects.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USD
