For a well-established industrial company in Flanders, we are looking for a Head of Legal to lead and further develop a small legal department, reporting directly to the CFO.
The role covers a broad spectrum of legal matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, corporate and M&A, litigation management, IP, compliance, real estate and data protection (GDPR). You will act as a trusted advisor to management and play a key role in supporting the company's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate is a senior legal professional with strong and proven leadership skills, able to set priorities in a complex environment and translate legal issues into pragmatic, business-oriented solutions. You combine sound judgment with discretion, agility and a hands-on mindset. Solid experience within an industrial environment is essential, with a strong understanding of the legal and operational dynamics typical of the sector.
