The HYROX APAC team is seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Senior / Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team in Hong Kong office and to take care of the APAC market. As HYROX continues its global expansion - with over 100 events and 1.3 million athletes - this role is pivotal in delivering world-class experiences to our athletes and partners alike. As a key point of contact for local, regional and global brand partners you will play a critical role in ensuring our partnerships enhance the athlete journey and drive HYROX's continued success. You will be responsible for managing contracted rights delivery, building long-lasting partner relationships, and ensuring each partner has an outstanding experience working with HYROX. The ideal candidate will possess sponsorship experience in the sports industry, a proven track record of managing partners and delivering successful sponsorship activations.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HYROX brand partners, acting as the day-to-day primary point of contact. Lead regular meetings and calls with partners, proactively managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Partner Rights Delivery: Manage the implementation and execution of all partner rights, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Maintain a thorough understanding of partner agreements to ensure accurate delivery of contractual obligations.
Event Activation: Creative development of activation concepts in collaboration with partners. Manage the planning and execution of partner activations at HYROX races.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, events, operations etc.) to coordinate timely delivery of contracted rights, and foster internal and external alignment to ensure a seamless experience for partners.
Performance Tracking: Manage partnership reporting processes, quarterly partnership reviews, and post-activation summaries where applicable. Monitor and report on the performance of sponsors, providing insights, clear ROI and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all internal and external reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable, with clear narrative and insights built in.
Insights: Work closely with the relevant teams to extract audience, valuation, and engagement insights. Apply insights to enhance sales materials and generate strategic partner conversations. Track industry trends and Partnerships market developments to identify opportunities and inform proactive recommendations.
Partner Retention: Optimise partner retention and satisfaction. Contribute to renewal planning by consolidating relevant commercial, strategic, and creative inputs.
Partner Operations: Support the efficiency and optimisation of the Partnerships team including contract workflows, deal documentation, partner deck creation, invoice management, ticket allocations, activation tracking and partnership feedback. Work with the Partnerships Director to evolve and streamline processes that support scalable, high-quality partnership management.
Qualifications and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in partnerships/account management, sports sponsorship, brand partnerships, or a similar role.
Understanding of commercial partnership structures and how rights are delivered in practice.
An understanding of sports marketing, communications and social media is preferred.
Comfortable navigating contract, finance, and operational workflows.
Commercially astute and able to contribute strategically to partner servicing.
Experience working across different countries, cultures and time zones is desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication, including meeting leadership and the ability to deliver messaging confidently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proven project management abilities and a hands-on, can-do, proactive collaborative approach.
Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
Ability to prioritise and think strategically.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and capable of thriving under pressure.
Willingness to travel and ready to join and support HYROX onsite events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); confident using Canva, Monday, CRM and reporting systems.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred).
