Role description: Client Focus Outcome-thinking: develop tailored solutions for aligning clients’ real estate strategy with their current and future needs. Carry out research within client organisations and externally to identify and collect relevant data and information. Support and deliver high-level feasibility study for various kind of assets (office, logistics, data centre, labs…). Support the review of zoning/planning issues as part of our clients’ location studies, potentially up to the permitting phase. Deliver, discuss, and present the outcomes to colleagues, clients and third parties. Prepare reports and presentations that can be incorporated into sales proposals and client presentations. Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices. Develop networks and cooperate with consultants, landlords, brokers… Build peer relationships with client joint teams based on trust and credibility and demonstrates the ability to influence client outcomes. Team Work Be a referent for the parameters of the real estate market to your colleagues. Further develop understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and of client businesses to enable personal performance improvement and career development. Proactively look for opportunities to contribute to project and team activities. Work closely with the consultants, architects and engineers of the sustainability and design & engineering teams to develop joint proposals. Provide value-adding real estate advisory support to projects. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Architecture Higher degree education (preferably Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration) is a plus At least five years’ business experience in Architecture or Real Estate, including experience in delivering analysis and insights. Previous experience in real estate development is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French Excellent time management skills Why Arcadis?
